Serena offers the the ultimate in self catering luxury holiday accommodation in Carbis Bay, providing year round enjoyment. Located in a premier position above Carbis Bay beach with uninterrupted views across the beach over to St Ives and a short walk along a private pathway through landscaped gardens down to the beach, Serena is a haven for the most discerning of visitors.
Usually Sunday during peak weeks. We also offer 6 or 13 day Sunday to Saturday holidays, with late Saturday leaving.

We offer a 1/3rd discount for a two guest party occupying one bedroom for some weeks (other two bedrooms remain locked)

- In the bedrooms there are large smart UHD TVs and a Bose bluetooth speaker. NowTV boxes with Sky Sports 11 channels., super-fast BT Business broadband and wi-fi is available to guests.

Serena has been furnished and equipped to exceed the minimum 5 star Gold standard for holiday accomodation. Top quality furniture is singly coordinated throughout the apartment and along with the highest quality linens and towels provides a luxurious yet homely environment for our guests. - Luxurious bed and bedding with John Lewis Modal breathable duvets, and Hypnos Ortho mattresses. Pillows and duvets are renewed at least annually (every two years during Covid as half used due to alternate sets being used)
- An extensive range of high quality kitchen appliances and designer cookware and tableware including items from Joseph Joseph, Le Creuset and Robert Welch with monitoring of worn items for early replacement.
- A large high level integrated Bosch fridge and separate integrated Bosch high level frost-free freezer.

- Laundry facilites include a Bosch integrated washing machine and separate vented integrated tumble dryer.

There is one allocated car parking space and the whole of this exclusive development is set back within electronic security gates. We can also arrange for additional spaces (subject to availability) within the gates, the management company currently (2021) charge £66 per week.
